This handmade, wheel thrown vase features a hand carved and painted large abstract flower design on the front. The design is dynamic and wraps around the back of the piece, revealing moments where the leaves almost touch. This piece is extra special as it also features a volcanic sand inclusion at the top of the pot, to create texture and connect the piece with the environment. I love collecting things I find in nature to include in my work. This vase is great for a small flower arrangement / bouquet as the interior is glazed with a dark green satin glaze.
